You may order Cornell University Press books and distributed titles in a number of ways:

From this website: To order, simply place one or more books in your shopping cart, then proceed to check out. All credit card transactions are handled by Authorize.net, a Visa company, and are safe and secure.

By telephone: Call our toll-free customer service line at 1-800-666-2211 (availble in the U.S. and Canada).

By fax: Send us a fax at 1-800-688-2877 with the title or titles you'd like to purchase, the quantity of each, a shipping and billing address, and a credit card number and expiration date. Please note that we are required to charge sales tax to orders being sent to addresses in the following states: California, Maine, New York, and Indiana. We also add G.S.T. to orders being shipped to Canada. Unless you specify otherwise, we will ship North American orders by UPS or RPS, and we will ship orders outside North America by USPS surface. Other methods of shipment require additional charges.Please consult with a customer service representative at 1-800-666-2211 for details.

Refund Policy

Cornell University Press will issue refunds (net of shipping costs) for books returned in their original condition (unmarked and undamaged) within 30 days of shipment date. The product must be shipped via traceable means to the address listed below with a copy of the packing slip or invoice enclosed. Returns sent to us more than 30 days from the original shipping date and/or without the packing list/invoice documentation will not be refunded, and Cornell University Press will not be responsible for the returned product. Refunds will only be issued to the customer who purchased the book(s).
