Include "For Cornell University Press" on the fax and list the title(s), quantity of each, a shipping and (if different) billing address, and a credit card number, expiration date, and CVV number.

Please note that we are required to charge sales tax to orders being sent to addresses in the following states: New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. We also add H.S.T. to orders being shipped to Canada.

Shipping: Unless you specify otherwise, we will ship North American orders by UPS, and we will ship orders outside North America by USPS surface. Other methods of shipment require additional charges. Libraries

Libraries are urged to order through their library suppliers.

 

Returns

 

Permission to return overstock from returnable accounts is not required.  Books must be returned within 18 months of the invoice date and currently in print as listed on the publisher's website. Books must be clean, saleable copies without any signs of damage. Full credit allowed if customer supplies original invoice number, otherwise maximum discount applies.

Longleaf Services will not accept liability for lost/damaged returns in transit. Return claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment in writing to the mailing address at bottom or via email to credit@longleafservices.org. Claims must include a proof of delivery, and a packing list with weights.
